Best Rates Heating and Cooling was founded in 2017 by Owner Ismael "Ish" Medellin after working in the field for 12 years as an HVAC technician, installer, top earning sales representative, and project manager for several major recognized HVAC companies throughout the Chicago West Suburbs.

Through his years of experience and knowledge he had gathered, plus the push and motivation of his family, Best Rates Heating and Cooling was born.
