​Best Rates Heating and Cooling was founded in 2017 by Owner Ish Medellin after working in the field for 12 years as an HVAC tech, Installer, Sales Rep, and Project Manager. 
Through his years of experience and knowledge, he had gathered, plus the push and motivation of his girlfriend, Alex, Best Rates Heating and Cooling was born.

As a local business, we strive to offer our customers excellent service. Our techs are constantly assisting educational classes to learn new techniques and products. We have since then added duct cleaning and service maintenance plans into our list of services.
